A perpetual license, not a subscription.
Two license tiers. Each is a single, one-time payment for permanent access to a defined API and data-access package — billed once in EUR via Stripe. There is no mandatory monthly or annual renewal for the core software license. Your API key is generated once your license payment is confirmed — not at account creation.

Commercial use. Both licenses permit commercial use: you may build and sell your own products, tools or services on top of the API. This is distinct from redistribution rights — reselling the underlying market data itself, on its own, requires a custom Enterprise agreement.
What a license covers. Each purchase separates software/API access from data rights: historical datasets, proprietary analytics and licensed third-party or exchange-distributed market data each carry their own defined terms. Your perpetual software license never expires; where a specific dataset requires ongoing third-party redistribution rights, that scope is disclosed at the point of purchase. Real-time exchange data is only ever offered where the required market-data licensing and redistribution rights exist.
Billing entity. Quantis Data Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom. All license fees are one-time payments invoiced in EUR; VAT/local tax is applied where applicable at checkout.
